How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatched from our domestic US fulfillment hub arrive within 4–8 business days via priority express lines. To meet high seasonal demand, select specialized batches are routed from our international global partner facility, which carries a standard shipping window of 8–16 business days. All shipments include full door-to-door tracking.

Why hasn't my tracking link updated in a few days?

If your order is dispatched from our international facility, it travels inside a secure, customs-bonded cargo container. During this mid-transit phase, tracking may temporarily freeze for 4–6 days. Your order is perfectly on schedule — tracking will reactivate the moment it lands at its US hub and clears customs.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Orders with multiple items may ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

What does the 1-Year Structural Warranty cover?

Every Ortho-Align™ system comes backed by an extended 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. This covers structural foam core density integrity, physical material tears, and manufacturing defects.

What is the 100-Night Progressive Adaptation Trial?

Adjusting to proper daytime and nighttime posture takes time. If you've been sleeping on standard flat pillows, your neck and shoulders may need 7–14 nights to adapt to proper structural support. We require you to test the pillow for at least 14 consecutive nights. If you still don't experience an improvement in comfort after 100 nights, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Note: Due to hygiene regulations, opened pillows cannot be returned for resale. All resolutions are handled directly — no return shipping required.

What are my options if I'm not satisfied?

If you've completed the 14-night adaptation period and aren't satisfied within 100 nights of delivery, you have three resolution options:

  • Free Product Exchange — swap for a different product from our catalog at no charge, no return required
  • 50% Partial Refund — receive a 50% refund to your original payment method and keep the pillow to use or gift
  • Full Refund via Charity Donation — donate your pillow to a registered shelter or non-profit, send us a photo of the donation receipt, and we'll issue a 100% refund

Why is the Ortho-Align™ system priced higher than standard pillows?

Which side of the pillow should I sleep on?

Our ergonomic butterfly architecture features dual-height calibrated contours:

Higher lobe (4.52 inches): Designed to cradle and fill the shoulder void for side-sleepers.
Lower lobe (3.15 inches): Engineered to support natural cervical alignment for back-sleepers.

Is this pillow safe?

Absolutely. Our slow-rebound cores are physically tested and proven free of ozone depleters, heavy metals, lead, formaldehyde off-gassing, and toxic flame retardants. Completely safe for sensitive skin and allergy-prone sleepers.

How do I wash and maintain the pillow?

The outer protective mesh cover features a heavy-duty zipper and is 100% machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle. Never submerge the inner memory foam core in water or place it in a dryer — simply wipe with a damp cloth and air-dry in a shaded space.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins. Contact us immediately at support@wellformhub.com.

Where do my products ship from?

WellFormHub operates a hybrid fulfillment network. Most US orders ship from our domestic US warehouses for faster delivery. Some specialty orders ship from our international partner facilities. All orders are tracked and insured regardless of origin.

Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Is this pillow a medical device?

No. Our pillows are designed for ergonomic comfort and support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
