RETURN & REFUND POLICY
100-Night Progressive Adaptation Trial
We stand behind the structural engineering of our alignment products. Because correcting years of poor posture takes time, we require a minimum 14-night consecutive adaptation period before initiating any return claim. If after 14 nights of consistent use you do not experience noticeable improvement in sleep recovery and morning mobility, you may activate our return protocol within 100 nights of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Due to medical hygiene and sanitary regulations governing orthopedic bedding and personal health items, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or handled pillows. All sales are final once dispatched unless a manufacturing defect is verified by our support team.
How to Initiate a Claim
Email us at support@wellformhub.com — do not ship items back to our warehouse. Your email must include:
- Your WellFormHub order number
- The email address or phone number used at checkout
- A brief description of your sleep experience and adjustment period
Resolution Options
Once your claim is approved, we offer three resolutions:
- Free Product Exchange — We'll ship you an alternate product from our catalog at no charge, with no return required.
- 50% Partial Refund + Keep the Product — Receive a 50% refund to your original payment method and keep the item to use or gift.
- Full Refund via Charity Donation — Donate the pillow to a registered non-profit, shelter, or homeless facility and send us a confirmation of the donation. We'll issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 Days at support@wellformhub.com with a photo. We will dispatch a free replacement at no cost to you.
