SHIPPING POLICY

Hybrid Fulfillment Network

WellFormHub operates a decentralized hybrid fulfillment system to deliver your order as quickly as possible at no additional cost. Depending on the product, size variant, or color selected, your order will be automatically dispatched from one of two fulfillment networks:

  • US Domestic Warehouses: Shipped via priority insured company tracking lines. Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days.
  • International Partner Labs: Shipped via priority Eco-Tracked express corridors from our global textile engineering partners. Estimated delivery: 8–16 business days.

WellFormHub currently ships to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $39.00 — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

Order Processing

All orders enter our fulfillment system within 24–48 business hours of checkout verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your package is scanned and loaded onto a carrier vehicle, you'll automatically receive an SMS or email with a live tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items (e.g., an Ortho-Align™ Contour Pillow and a Pelvic-Align™ Leg Pillow), they may arrive in separate parcels on different days — each shipped directly from its optimal warehouse at no extra charge to you.

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once a tracking barcode is active, WellFormHub cannot redirect or modify the delivery destination. The buyer is fully responsible for providing a verified shipping address.

Delays & Issues

WellFormHub is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@wellformhub.com and we'll investigate promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@wellformhub.com.
